Right now, I am deep inside Eventira, an event-tech platform that every event manager will swear by, because they finally have the power to tame the chaos before, during and after events.

I am spearheading Eventira's marketing strategy alongside the best colleague I could have: Claude. And honestly? It's an unfair advantage. Claude guarantees speed, structure and patience. What I bring is the final call on the questions that actually decide a strategy:

  • Which direction is a distraction?
  • Which ICP sounds exciting but is commercially wrong?
  • Which decision matters right now, and which can wait?
