That's why every campaign I work on starts long before the first ad, blog or landing page.
It starts with finding the story worth telling.

Who is this product really for?
Why should customers care?
What makes it different?
How do we communicate that clearly?
What's the right message, format & channel?
Now we create campaigns, content & ads that convert.
Skim it. That's what this section is for. Every item is proof of the same idea: complex products, made understandable.

Eventira did a lot, and that was the problem. When a product can do everything, prospects remember nothing.
Eventira's messaging listed every feature it had, so organisers couldn't tell in 30 seconds what it was for or why it beat the tools they already used. Demos were doing the job the website should have done.
I started before the campaign and the content creation: interviewed stakeholders, worked closely with the team to understand the product, gathered customer feedback, and deep-dived into the competitive landscape and industry experts' insights. All of this to narrow down the unique value proposition and the ideal customer persona. For Eventira, one thing stood out: it helped event managers manage the inevitable chaos before, during and after the event. Eventira was their single vantage point.
A clean, scalable master document covering positioning, messaging and ICP definitions, and a consistent story across the website, sales deck and launch campaign. Prospects arrived at demos already understanding the product, so conversations moved from "what is this?" to "how do we start?"
Clarity is a subtraction exercise, and the customer POV matters more than a long feature list. The hardest part wasn't writing the story. It was focusing on one ICP at a time and spearheading into the market with a solid USP.
Rebuilt the brand narrative for a data & AI consultancy, then translated it into vertical-specific pitches and sales collateral that helped deals close faster.
Positioned a sales enablement platform across US, ASEAN and APAC. Sharpened messaging, LinkedIn ads and email campaigns drove 50% more leads and 35% more MQLs.
Built the marketing function from zero for a deep-tech robotics startup: launches, brand and lead generation for industrial and government buyers.
Finding the story customers remember.
Messaging, launches, sales enablement.
Videos, workshops, explainers.
Thought leadership that teaches instead of sells.

“I had the pleasure of working with Avani while she was our marketing and partner lead at Unscrambl. She was great in onboarding our partners and supporting them. She also kick-started our marketing efforts, from content creation to lead generation to digital marketing. Avani did an impressive job writing and editing the content and making it accessible to a general audience.”
“Avani brings an enthusiasm and commitment to her work not commonly seen today — she puts down her 100% and more, closing initiatives that raise our profile. From managing our social media feed to blog posts on our website, it is Avani who keeps our outreach going.”
On AI Marketing: Honest Confessions, I've published 30+ videos reviewing AI tools without the hype. It's not a posting schedule. It's a discipline.
The channel isn't a hobby.
It's evidence.
If I can explain an AI product to a general audience in ten minutes, I can explain yours to your buyers.
Everything I make, from positioning and launches to videos and workshops, comes back to these.
I ask "Why?" until the product finally makes sense, to me and then to everyone else.
I'm an engineer by training. I enjoy pulling products apart to understand how they actually work before I write a word about them.
People don't buy features. They buy understanding.
The engineering degree explains how I think. The master's is where it goes next.

Certified in the Indian classical dance form. The importance of beats and core strength taught me the discipline that marketing later confirmed: grace is rehearsed, rhythm is everything, and audiences always feel the difference.
Getting lost in someone's world, fiction or non-fiction, is what fuels my imagination and is as meditative as it gets.
A committed foodie. New cities get eaten first, sightseen later.
Always on. It's how I think, write and edit.
The product, the person, and the why behind it. Tell me what you're building, and we'll find the version people will understand.
